Balanced Explosive Agility Speed Technique (B.E.A.S.T.)Training's mission is to use an innovative teaching method and the latest technology (Vertimax V8) to provide a comprehensive program for athletes of middle school through collegiate ages with a solid base of strength, agility and athletic fundamentals.

B.E.A.S.T. is a strength and conditioning program with constantly varied workouts that's goal is to improve your overall fitness and increase your athleticism with various skill stations to challenge your athlete in a time controlled environment.

The intent is to combine intense conditioning and focused drills that are structured to assist and optimize the total athlete concept.

The use of advanced programs and unconventional training to improve the athletes' fundamental skills are trademark components of the B.E.A.S.T. Training modules. Our goal is to ensure your student athletes reach their optimal performance and take the skills they learn with them to the next level!


 B.E.A.S.T. BASKETBALL Training Concept: 

The keys to successful training in anything you do are accomplished with consistency and repitition. With that being said B.E.A.S.T. Total Athlete Basketball Training has developed a program to ensure your student athlete grows and develops the skill set necessary to be successful in the long run. The saying is that "you can only get out what effort you put in" - so, it is both the trainer and the trainee who need to work together and find the right combination of drills and structure to maximize the performance and desired training outcome.

B.E.A.S.T. is not your average ONE time visit training session. The training modules are created to show growth and progression through multiple sessions. The student athlete will go through a vigorous MONTH of ONE hour a week training and at the culmination of every month they will receive a detailed evaluation by one of our trainers with the skills the student athlete has done well with and the skills they need to improve. The goal is to enter the next month training module with a workout regiment that focuses on what needs improvement!

We recommend starting at the one hour session once a week for a month to see how your student athlete adjusts to this intense circuit training. If after one month you feel you're ready to commit to something a bit more intense we offer multiple training session options - that we can tailor to the training audience.
